"Still Making Up My Mind"
So far, it seems okay and I haven’t had any major issues, but I’m still not completely sure how I feel about the brand. I think I need a little more time using it before I can fully trust it. I really want it to be something I can rely on, so I’m hoping it ends up proving itself

"Mostly right, but I felt stuck with it"
I ordered a few things, and to be fair, most of it arrived just fine. The delivery was okay too, not exactly quick, but not so slow that I was upset about it.
The annoying part was that one item wasn’t the exact one I picked. It was close enough that I ended up keeping it, but I kind of felt trapped, like returning it would be more hassle than just dealing with it.
Customer service did reply, which I appreciated, but I still wish the order had been checked more carefully before it was sent out. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, just a average one

"Discreet, just like I hoped"
I ordered from thenaturallovecompany.com and, to be honest, I was already hoping they’d be careful about privacy because that’s the main thing I cared about. So when the package showed up totally plain with no awkward labels or anything obvious on it, it pretty much confirmed what I wanted to believe about them.
The emails were also low-key and didn’t give away too much, which I really appreciated. It felt like they actually get that people don’t want this kind of stuff broadcasted. I’d definitely order from them again.

"I picked this up after seeing a few..."
I picked this up after seeing a few people talk about it, but I wasn’t expecting much at all.
After using it for a couple weeks, I actually started noticing a difference. It worked better than some other stuff I’ve tried, and it didn’t feel harsh or annoying to use, which was a nice suprise.
Overall I’m happy with it. I’d buy it again for sure, mostly because it actually did what I needed it to do.

"The site feels a bit cluttered"
I’m not sure if it’s just me, but the design feels kind of messy and a little dated. I didn’t find it very nice to browse, and I kept wondering if I was missing something or using it wrong. A cleaner layout would definitely make me feel more comfortable using it.

"Refund was way slower than I expected"
I had to return my order, and the refund process really got on my nerves. I’ll admit I’m a bit impatient when it comes to getting money back, but still, I sent everything back the way they asked and then just sat there waiting with barely any updates. I emailed more than once before I finally got a proper response. The refund did come through in the end, so that part was fine, but the whole thing felt slow and unclear. I’d feel a lot better about ordering again if they kept customers in the loop more.

"Looked decent at first, but didn’t hold up"
I really wanted to like this, and to be fair, it did look nice when it first arrived. Shipping was totally fine too, so at least that part went smoothly. But once I started using it, the quality just didn’t feel as good as I expected. It had kind of a cheap feel, and it started showing wear way sooner than I thought it would. Maybe I just got unlucky with mine, but for the price, I was expecting something a bit more solid. It’s not the worst thing I’ve bought, which I guess is something, but I wouldn’t say I’m impressed

"Gentle and easy to trust"
I’m kind of picky when it comes to body products, mostly because my skin lets me know quickly if something isn’t a good fit. Reading between the lines, the fact that I didn’t notice much at all is actually a big compliment here, no burning, no irritation, no weird reaction. It just felt gentle and safe on my skin. The packaging was totally fine too. I’d buy it again

The site was easy enough to get around, and I found most sections without too much trouble. Pages loaded fine for me, and checkout was straightforward, so that part was smooth.
That said, I did feel a bit misled because some details weren’t obvious at first, and I had to click around more than expected to figure things out. Nothing totally ruined the experience, but it definitely made it feel less perfect than it could’ve been

"Super discreet, like deliveries should be"
I ordered from thenaturallovecompany.com and the delivery was really discreet. No strange labels, no obvious packaging, none of that awkward stuff you always worry about with online orders. It showed up just fine, no hassle, no fuss. Pretty much exactly how every delivery should be.

My order did get here eventually, but the tracking was just really slow to update and the delivery took longer than I expected. It wasn’t awful or anything, just not as reliable as I’d hoped. Hopefully it’s better next time.

My order did show up fine in the end, but the shipping felt slow. Tracking barely updated, so I was kind of just waiting around not knowing what was going on. I also had to wait in a queue to get any help, which was annoying. The product itself was okay once it finally arrived, but the whole delivery experience was just kind of frustrating.

I really wanted to like this, but it just didn’t work well for me... my skin felt irritated after using it, so I’d probably avoid it if you’re sensitive too.
